In addition to the smoking kilns, we have a full range of slicing machines, and all the other necessary equipment to provide you with the product you require.

The Tarbert Fine range of cooked
pre-sliced Scottish meats, produced by our sister company, has already exceeded expectations in the retail market place, and is now present in most major retailers.

We are now striving for the same success with our Tarbert Fine Scottish Smoked Salmon, and are confident it will become an established member of the Tarbert Fine family of products.
